GENESIS APARTMENTS

Don't need to add anything bad,we have been here for two months so far with no problems what so ever.No I don't work in the office or do I know any of the staff members here.I had one problem with a plug-in not working but they fixed it with no problems. It does seem some people that do live here however have the a attitude that they must come first or they are better then the next person that lives here.That in it's self is a shame.Other then that I love the place so far,Period!

Very nice witch they are approving its going to take some time I saw one it was very nice I recommend to see what they have done so far I'm going to move in the people who works in the office was very nice. I love my new home keep up doing great work

I have read these reviews several times and most of them are old issues. I have lived here for a while. The complex was going down hill but in the last year it has really changed. They have remodeled a number of apartments. Remodeled some of the hallways which I am very thankful for. There is an employee who is out everyday picking up the trash some of the residence leave, making sure the halls are clean and weeds are under control. I have had a few maintenance issues over the years one recently was my heater was not working. They were over there that day to look it over, let me know they could not fix it and two days later I had a new heater installed.
